In his decade and a half professional career, to understand the pulse of the business, Janus has worked in various departments in the company including roles in prepress, production, and marketing. He has led the Indian label industry’s move into digital label printing.

He is responsible for the growth and profitability of the company through its operations. He drives execution through efficiency, data analysis, and automation.

His keen eye for design and detail has helped him contribute extensively to the company by helping diversify the business through creativity and innovation. Janus loves consulting small businesses(SME Sector) to come up with packaging solutions that add a striking, eye-catching aspect to the final product.

In his free time, he loves to read about current affairs, spend quality time with his daughter, Denise and build extremely complicated sets of Lego.
He is a complete foodie and always enjoys a good crab & sushi eating session.

Denver has a rich experience of 20 yrs at the helm of the family business. His areas of focus have been customer delight, business leadership and organizational transformation.
 
He has immense domain knowledge in Digital Printing and has been invited to present at several global forums. He has been instrumental in developing and designing a sustainable business model, with proven systems and processes, that empower employees and contribute positively to the community.

Denver believes in the energy and focus that comes from a balanced life and spends his free time with his family, travelling across the world, engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, cycling and building complex Lego sets.

He is a printing technologist from the renowned Govt. Institute of Printing Technology, Mumbai and a Diploma in Material Management from Welingkar Institute.

Having 30 years experience in Flexible Packaging and the Label Industry.

His key responsibility is to ensure that all the systems and processes in the organization are functioning smoothly to deliver the products as per the requirements of the customer,
to continually improve the performance of the organization, to keep up with new developments and to enhance quality of the output of the product and processes.

He holds an Engineer's degree In Printing & Packaging Technology from the SIES Graduate School of Technology, Nerul, Mumbai.

He is an expert, in understanding customer needs, requirements and developing effective quality control processes.

He is a keen learner and always looking out for ways and means to improve quality. 

He also imparts training to the staff to ensure all quality requirements are met and decision making is decentralized.
